Purchasers of JP tickets can also choose to get

(A・ZU・NA only) a desk mat, 520 mm x 370 mm x 2 mm (costs extra on top of shipping)
(DiverDiva) a blanket, 1000 mm x 750 mm (costs extra on top of shipping)
(QU4RTZ) an acrylic calendar (costs extra on top of shipping)

Either of these will incur a shipping fee. Shipping is to addresses in Japan only.

In-person Tickets

To obtain a ticket to attend, you (usually) must enter a lottery, and if you win you'll get to pay for the ticket. Applications are usually on the e+ website.

There are usually subsequent lotteries—and possibly first-come-first-served sales—open to anyone with an e+ account, but it's unknown how many tickets are allocated to each round of ticket sales.
