This live concert will celebrate the Love Live! series' 15th anniversary. A similar event was held in January 2020 for the series' 9th anniversary. (Colloquially, people may refer to this as Fes/Fest 2 for this reason.)

In-person Tickets

To obtain a ticket to attend, you (usually) must enter a lottery, and if you win you'll get to pay for the ticket. Applications for most Love Live! events are on the e+ website.

While it is not certain that applications will use e+, the 3 biggest Japanese ticketing sites (e+, Pia, L-tike) require verification with a Japanese phone number, as mentioned in the guide above. So I recommend you get one and register accounts while you are in Japan.
