Update (2021-06-15)

The concert has been canceled due to the state of emergency in Japan and the spread of the coronavirus. Despite efforts to reschedule the concert, no conclusion was in sight, and holding it in Shizuoka was looking infeasible.

Refund requests for both venue and stream tickets bought through JP sites will be available Jun 22 10:00 to Jul 21 23:59. No news on overseas stream tickets yet.

Original Information

On May 1-2, Aqours will be performing a outdoors concert to commemorate their 5th anniversary year! It was announced on the second day of their online countdown live WHITE ISLAND.

Logistics

  • Day 1: 2021-05-01 (Doors 14:00 / Start 16:00)
  • Day 2: 2021-05-02 (Doors 14:00 / Start 16:00)
  • Venue: Tsumagoi Resort Sai no Sato (The south gate to the venue opens at 12:30.)
  • Estimated end times: 19:00 (so each concert should be about 3 hours)

Getting to the Venue

The venue is pretty far from the nearest major cities. JTB (a travel agency) offers several transportation options, including direct buses from select cities, shuttle buses from the nearest train station, and parking at/near the venue.

There are two ticket types:

  • Regular: 4444 JPY per day
  • 5th Anniversary Premium Set: 8555 JPY per day, comes with the medal and tapestry described below

You can buy the stream on these sites from Apr 24 12:00 to May 5 20:30.

Each ticket can be bought with a physical memorial ticket, which will incur a shipping cost and be shipped after the event. (Shipping only is to addresses in Japan.)

In-person Ticketing

There are two ticket types:

  • Regular (11k yen)
  • Premium set (16k yen): includes a medal and tapestry

The event is outdoors and all-standing. Each ticket prescribes a position at which the ticket holder must be.

Notes

  • If ticket holders no longer wish to attend due to the coronavirus pandemic situation, they can request a refund from Apr 21 10:00 to Apr 22 18:00 at https://eplus.jp/w-trip-refund/ (refunds will start being sent Apr 24 13:00).
  • If the event capacity is lowered due to the pandemic, there'll be another lottery to determine which ticket holders will be able to attend. Those who don't win this lottery will get a refund on their ticket. (Update, Apr 20: According to staff, there is no plan to hold this lottery.)
  • Entry for tickets from the first 3 lotteries will use a facial recognition system, so you (and your companion, if applicable) need to submit a photo of your face(s) if you get a ticket. Details: https://eplus.jp/sf/web/guide/faceticket_about
  • If the facial recognition fails, you'll need to verify your identity with a photo ID.

Ticket Lottery #1: "Fantastic Departure!" CD

This lottery uses the ticket lottery codes included in the "Fantastic Departure!" CD (originally meant for Aqours 6th LoveLive! DOME TOUR 2020).

  • Each code can be used to apply for up to 2 tickets for all performances.

This lottery is open to anyone with an e+ account. It includes seats from which it may be hard to see parts of the stage or performance, due to equipment or the stage configuration.

  • Results/payment: Apr 10 13:00 to Apr 12 21:00
  • Each person can apply for up to 2 tickets for all performances.

This lottery is open to anyone with an e+ account. It includes seats from which it may be hard to see parts of the stage or performance, due to equipment or the stage configuration.

  • Payment is by (Japanese) credit card only.

This lottery is open to anyone with an e+ account. It includes seats from which it may be hard to see parts of the stage or performance, due to equipment or the stage configuration.
